Wire EDM Cutting

Metallo offers wire electrical discharge machining(EDM) services. We specialize in creating intricate parts with unique geometries and tight tolerances, Complex shapes that would otherwise be difficult to produce with conventional cutting tools. Capable of holding tolerances as tight as +/-0.0001”. The Wire EDM process is only limited by your imagination.

Metal Stamping

Equipped with modern presses to stamp gaskets and special stampings quickly and accurately to your specifications from all workable materials. Backed by literally thousands of dies in all sizes and shapes.
